FAMIS 360 Schedule Reclassification

FAC-64784

You can now use the Reclassify dialog to update schedules. The dialog shows the schedule’s current values. Click Reclassify to submit changes and view success or error messages. After reclassification, the Schedule Details page refreshes with updated values and a new history entry. The system regenerates the schedule, updating all future work orders with new fields like Property, Space, and Request Type. The process manages deactivation, state resetting, and work order regeneration, maintaining the integrity of protected work orders. NPFA Accounting for reclassification is not yet available. Schedule

Quarterly recurrence updates complete without errors. During updates, the system no longer returns Query timeout expired, and it handles concurrency conflicts. The stored procedure spr_deactivate_recurrence completes successfully, deactivating old work orders before the system applies new patterns. The Schedule Details page reflects the updated recurrence.

Requests

On the LB_Request_UpdateElevate page, the Links section is visible again in the collapsible Attachments pane. This change restores the previous functionality that was affected in the 26.01 release. Clicking outside the PR/PO menu now closes it, and keyboard navigation for menus is improved.

Bulk Upload

The Bulk Upload Tool and the Property/UdfUpdate API endpoint support clearing UDF values.

  • For Text UDFs, sending an empty string ("") clears the value.

  • For Number or Drop-down UDFs, sending ("") or null clears the value and returns a success response.

  • In the Bulk Upload Tool, leaving a UDF column cell empty clears the corresponding value on the property record.

This behavior matches the UI.
